Spicy Roasted Sweet Potatoes

4-5 sweet potatoes peeled and thickly sliced / 4-5 patates douces pelées et coupées en tranches épaisses
1 tbsp canola oil / 15 ml d’huile de canola
1 tbsp rice vinegar / 15 ml de vinaigre de riz
1 tbsp garlic salt / 15 ml de sel d’ail
1 tsp ground ginger / 5 ml de gingembre moulu
1 tsp cayenne pepper / 5 ml de piment de cayenne

EN : Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Lay out on a large baking dish, and bake at 400′ for 60 minutes, tossing occasionally.

FR : Mélangez tous les ingrédients dans un grand bol. Étalez dans un grand plat allant au four et faites cuire 60 minutes à 400′ en remuant occasionnellement.
