Chive Sour Cream

12 oz soft silken tofu / 340 g tofu soyeux mou
1 tbsp lemon / 15 ml de jus de citron
1 tsp garlic salt / 5 ml de sel d’ai
1 tsp olive oil / 5 ml d’huile d’olive
1 tbsp dried chives / 15 ml de ciboulette
1/2 tsp salt / 3ml de sel
1/2 tsp pepper / 3 ml de poivre

EN: Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and let chill 30 in the fridge for minutes before serving.

FR : Mettez tous les ingrédients dans un robot culinaire et mélangez jusqu’à l’obtention d’une texture lisse. Transférez dans un bol et laissez refroidir 30 minutes au réfrigérateur avant de servir.
